Qualità e sostenibilità sono i due punti cardine dell’attività di Facom, che continua a investire non solo per migliorare gli standard qualitativi dei suoi prodotti ma anche per migliorare le prestazioni ambientali e le condizioni dei suoi dipendenti.
Ad oggi Facom produce a basso impatto ecologico affidandosi all’energia rinnovabile di pannelli solari (che copre il 30% dei consumi attuali), al riciclo degli scarti metallici della produzione, all’adozione di macchinari che recuperano e riciclano l’olio esausto, all’utilizzo di uno spettrometro che fornisce accurate analisi chimiche dei materiali utilizzati permettendo il controllo interno e di evitare gli sprechi. Inoltre, ha anche aderito ai principi dell’Industria 4.0 per efficientare i processi e ridurre gli sprechi.

Today, Facom produces with a low ecological impact, relying on the renewable
energy of solar panels (which cover 30% of the current consumption), while
recycling metal production scraps, using machines that recover and recycle
waste oil, and using a spectrometer that provides accurate chemical analysis
of the materials used, allowing for in-house controls that avoid waste. At the
same time, it is also in line with Industry 4.0 principles in a scope of making
processes as efficient as possible while reducing waste.
